Hi, I saw your question re. 8.50 vs. production.
We pay $8.50 during the first sixty days, which includes the training modules and the hourly pay once you start training with your provider. It goes up to $10 after that time period. The productivity bonus is: If you produce 5 charts an hour or fewer: You get paid your hourly base. If you do more than 5 charts an hour: You get paid $2 per chart, for that hour. It's automatic, you just report how many hours you worked, and how many charts you did for your doctor.
We have doctors waiting to get their own scribes (each doctor has their own, though each scribe will handle more doctors). Let us know if you have any other questions I can answer.
