them approaching clients with their AWESOME NEW TIERED transcription services? I can just hear them, "Now you have a choice of how much you can save on transcription costs!!" Isn't it funny how they beat us over the head with the importance of quality, yet cheap quantity is all they really want. I've repeatedly heard that the need for audits and FIESA is client-driven due to so many errors. I'm calling BS on that.
