Back a few months ago I had a flurry of "add-on" accounts on which I was told I would now be a secondary. I was able to patch together enough work to make my shift hours. Then gradually they took away all the secondaries due to low volumes. I had printed out instructions and studied maybe 8 different accounts only to have them yanked away. Ridiculous - and in the meantime while I was working on them I was losing $ due to being in unfamiliar territory, having to look up nit-pick instructions, etc. It is mentally exhausting.
