Sorry to hear that it has been this long and you are still not "right." I am in the same boat. I have been working very hard for the past year and a half, and, while I do see a LOT of improvement, it is very slow going. The extra weight is very slow to come off and is my biggest frustration. Also, this is EXPENSIVE. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
