Today I had a call for a verbal warning. Before this account, 100% quality, 1% pends if at all, high production. Now with new account, not meeting metrics. On the call, she said everyone else is struggling on this account. I asked if there's a differential, she said no. Wow, so everyone is having trouble with this account but who cares, right? You know what else? Almost all ESL and static on the line and it's a no blank account.
