Anyone ever have QA come through that you know you did not transcribe that? I've had a couple of reports now that were dinged--and I know I didn't transcribe that error. There is no way I would in a million years do THAT. 100% certain. I accept the mistakes I make, truly make, but this is just unbelievable. I get up to making a certain amount of money, and then they will dig this up. Seriously. I proof every single report that I submit. There is no way I could send a sentence through with no spacing between the words. It just could not happen.
