I've sent out almost 15 resumes in 2 months in my area for any type of office job. My age plays a huge factor in not getting even a call - I'm close to retirement age. I was hoping to work for MModal and another company and quit Nuance but looks like I need a different plan if you don't even have work. Why do these companies continue to hire????? MModal has an ad running on Indeed.
