They run ads, the hire and have no work, and so on. These companies do not care about you. They just want to jam as many MTs they can on one account, so it is finished in an hour. They send to India on the cheap, so they can reap the profits. It is hard to find another job as you get older. I know I have been down that road and finally took a job in retail. It was that or a caregiver or giving out samples at Costco. I am on SS, so it is for supplement only and I needed a job that took out takes. So tired of this IC garbage.
Good luck to you and hang in there, but I would avoid MM. They are just like N and both are servants to the devil. Unbelievable what has happened to a decent job and now it is torture.
