often times, yes, overhired, and ofte time, underhired. They hire ICs for a reason. I really don't understand why everyone jumped on to bash them out because as an IC, they should only be one source of POSSIBLE work. Problem is, many want to hire on as IC but consider that company to be their bread and butter. It just does not work that way. SkyScription is/was not their employer, but simply a "customer" of the IC. To sit around and wait and wait and ask here every day if there is work there is/was just counter productive. As an IC, you should be moving on to your other "customers."
