The COO took a LONG time to respond with - the truth and MTStars was responsible for this.

SS was rightfully bashed here and I know SS management and QA reads post feedback here on MTStars. As far as the COO response, it was prompted by posts here and if no one bashed the company, there would have been no response. They are trying to save their reputation but it is too little too late. If they do get new accounts, who is going to risk working for them after what they did to their MTs previously. They over hired knowing accounts were temporary and then led us to believe iMedX was the answer to our lack of work on Fluency which was not true. Bad decisions by management left a lot of MTs without pay or a job.
