SS was fine until the communication breakdown which for your information is still happening as in not answering emails, IM, returning phone calls, etc. My big girl panties ARE on, thank you very much! I think the MTSO's are the ones who should start being professional. I cannot think of anything more UNprofessional than not communicating and appreciating those you enter a contract with. There doesn't appear to be one MTSO that values their employees or IC's anymore. Unfortunately, not everyone has the options to move on, either because of location, age, family issues, etc. We were once valued for our knowledge, for the skills we possess. Not any more, but the CEOs still keep on making money.
