It has never been this slow during the summer. I'm suspicious of their explanation of vacations. However, posts on this board suggest that other places are very slow as well, which is very strange for this time of year, but gives me hope that imedx hasn't sent all the work to India or the other companies they have outsourced to. Judging from the posts about SkyScription (one of the companies that was getting imedx overflow), they are not getting our work. Could it be that all these health care providers implemented Epic or some other similar system at the same time?
