That's just plain cruel, insensitive, mean-spirited, hateful, beachy, childish, spiteful, and so on.
You know how desperate people are for work, for jobs out of the bad companies, why in the world would you post such a thoughtless and inconsiderate thing?
I can understand not thinking at first, but after the responses, to keep it going and even respond, that's nothing but cruel and hateful, especially mentioning bonuses.
Just plain hateful.
