We have taken this crap for TOO LONG!!
All these companies touting using "US-based MTs" should be FORCED to hire employees instead of ICs. The ONLY way that would ever happen is if MTs stood up for themselves. And we all know that does NOT happen -- MTs are very subservient to the point of acting like abuse victims.
Anyway, that should have been done years ago. The horse has long left the barn.
