and now struggling to cover Friday, evening and weekend work because all they have are ICs making $.07 a line.
Now MTSO may require ICs making $.07 a line to work weekends as part of their contract.
Really? No incentive to work evenings or weekends? Do they not realize we have income expectations as ICs because we have to cover taxes and expenses?
This industry is going to implode upon itself very soon with these expectations. Of course, one thing stands true - the MTs who are only doing this for McDonald's money, to supplment a spouse's income, or supplement Social Security will be happy to do this at home for low wages because they have significant others who can pay their taxes.
This is not a career for a breadwinner.
