Unfortunately, getting all of the MTs together who were affected by this would be quite the task as most of us don't even know who our co-workers are - a deliberate move by MTSOs. Also, we all know that Nuance is lawyered up something fierce, which would make class action very difficult and drawn out (as class actions typically are, though). Perhaps if some of the hospitals/clinics affected could get on board as well, it would give the MTs more clout. Surely they lost a little revenue over one thing or another during this cluster muck. Makes me wonder what the $$ total loss of this shutdown really is when you include lost MT wages, their bogus incentive promises, and the clients losses as well. Just massive and sickening - and I fear Nuance will just walk away, laughing all the way to the bank.
