My company does suck, and yeah, shame on them.

Unfortunately, I was screwed out of unemployment as well because I had to wait the first week and did not get paid. One of my accounts was back up on the last 2 days of the second week with work barely trickling in. I went over my maximum allowed amount (a whole $150 per week) to collect benefits for unemployment through my state.

Nuance hurt so many more than just their own MTs. They should be held responsible. This is why they have gotten away with their atrocities throughout the years - they have never been held responsible for anything they have done to anyone.
