Transcription isn't the only game in town anymore. We HAVE to spoil them because they are our customers and we want them to continue utilizing our services.
They can enter it themselves in the EMR, they can use Dragon to dictate and have it go into the record immediately, they can use scribes. There are all kinds of ways that the chart can be documented now that don't involve MT's.
We have competition now that we didn't have before. We have to adapt to that to remain competitive.
