Once you get used to using 'the' in front of patient and not using the ampersand, it becomes second nature. In fact, since everyone on my account has been doing what we were asked to do, the SR engine has been putting 'the' in and changing the ampersand to 'and' for us. It's a lucky break for us and hope your SR engine eventually does the same thing.
