We are paid for production, not quality. If they would ever, ever pay for quality, I might consider giving my work a little extra oomph and maybe more research time. Alas, the MTSOs don't seem to care unless they can dock our pay for simple human error. They expect perfection, but ridiculous production standards. We are not robots, MTSOs!
I am ready for the worker's uprising.
