I would love to work for a company with this process, but unfortunately, I think there would be no clients unless all MTSOs did this. The clients go where they are most spoiled and pay no penalties for their mistakes/inability to dictate well. In fact, they penalize the MTSO for being out of TAT, and probably for any errors they find as well.
