What's the deal with the VR and my pay dropping to less than half. I understand that we received an e mail the hospital wanted transcription to be cost effective, but come on, I had to do more work on a bad VR draft than if I typed it and after my shift had made less than half of my usual. How does a person survive like that and how does this company expect employees to stay? This is terrible, especially after the Nuance mess. I thought there was a lesson to be learned through that. Now I have to look for something else to be able to afford my house and car, forget food. Milner was the last company I thought would do this!
