They moved me to a new group, had to learn all new accounts, and then add on all those Nuance accounts, and my line count sunk hard. They control my pay. They assign dictators and work types that I hate, I have no control. I used to be able to maintain an average count with 1, 2, 3, even 7 accounts. This intelligent routing and overkill cesspool is really pissing me off.
