Tier 3 top pay for straight transcription is 10 cpl. IF you ASK for a raise once a year, and you have a great manager, you might get lucky and get a measly 3% raise. It will take you years to get to 10. Most of your work will end up SR with a max rate of 6 cpl for Tier 3, which will go up in the same small increments and take years to reach the top pay. You will have to ask for a raise to even hope for one. The majority of MTs here have not had a raise in years because they don't even tell you it is possible to ask for one, or they have asked and been turned down. I was lucky to get 3 in a row, but not so hopeful that will happen this year with the manager I have now.
