Please note that I edited the OP. You're probably right about the money. I read in "Health Care Documentation Rewards Plan" that tier 3 doing straight transcription could get a max of 10 cpl. I can't believe anyone at MM is making that much because 99% of accounts go to SR, so my current 8 cpl will go to a max of 6 cpl. I'm hanging in there until Saturday for "big changes" and looking elsewhere.
