I'm most concerned about the patients, but also about the hospitals which we all depend on for care, and some for their lives. The "regional" in so many of our clients' names means critically important.
I'm not worried about Nuance itself, frankly, or even my job all that much, but if I were a man I still wouldn't be nasty about it. And I certainly wouldn't grab this criminal ransomeware upset as an opportunity to join in with my own blackmail attempt. Not ever.
