I recently read an article that companies (not specifically MTSO's) do not want to hire those of us who have 25-30+ years experience, would rather hire those with little to no experience. I sure don't understand their thinking, although with the MTSO's, I believe they think the younger MTs/editors will be more likely to take the abuse and crappy pay!
