Sorry but I do not think there are decent places to apply any more.
Nuance and M*Modal has made every transcription company conform to their low pay standards in order to remain competitive bidding for contracts with hospitals/medical centers.
Aside from that TTS is an awful place to work. I guess that is why they keep advertising for help.
