I started looking for another job back in March and it took a while to find one in MT. Some places never even called back, but I did get 3 offers. I start my new job Monday. I stuck with Nuance while looking as I needed the income, insurance, etc. Then the jobs at Nuance started to disappear and I've been out of work for at least 10-15 hours a week. There is a lot of IC work out there right now that pays well if you can go that route. GOOD LUCK!
