that the doctors themselves, the people with the most at risk, don't give a flying shizzniz about your grammar and your utterly ridiculous editorial substitutions of a semicolon for a comma. I've worked on the hospital side as much as the service side and the doctors and nurses seriously do not care at all how it looks. Just so it isn't factually wrong. All this gnashing of teeth these companies have everyone going through over commas and miniscule errors being thought of as an actual "problem" in a medical report. Also, your thoughts on Epic are absolutely true. Everyone is going to Epic and it is going to eliminate another huge chunk of medical transcription.
