You know where it is. As has been posted numerous times the work is in India or accounts are using Epic. If a new account is acquired, US employees start it out and then it is transitioned offshore within a short period of time. MM obviously doesn't care if NJA is the new norm as TAT is always great and they are not penalized for it. The managers are happy because they get their bonuses. The only ones who are suffering are the MTs who are dealing with this on a daily basis. Working at home creates a deep rut which is difficult to crawl out of but it is the only answer for us. It is NOT going to get better. This is the new reality for this profession whether we like it or not!!!
