I worked for TTS for a few years, until they started the "minimum wage" triggered layoffs. I can't speak to how things are since fall 2016, but my experience was my shift lead was an absolute dream. Loved her. I rarely ran out of work, so the work was there if you wanted it. That said, they pay the absolute bare minimum they can get away with, you'll be micromanaged to death, and the upper echelon staff are impossible to communicate with on a professional level. I think it's probably an okay place for part timers who fly under the radar, but watch your back, document everything, and don't get caught up in their drama. Best of luck!
