And written up for insubordination. So I decided to keep my head down and focus instead on going to school. I take my coding exam in April and my plan is to be out of here before MT week. Oh and I plan to find a real company with real benefits that actually knows my name rather than just my employee number.
Bottom line, they don't care, they never have and never will. You have to take care of you because nobody from Noel down will look out for you. In fact, they will take advantage of you until the day you quit. No raise for 15 years speaks for itself.
