I tried that myself and got a conference call from Noel and my manager. All they did was try to placate me and I got absolutely nothing resolved. I tried emailing Scott MacKenzie, that didn't do any good either. I'm sure his secretary just deleted it. Not that anyone else did it with me. I think my manager is truly empathetic and I do like her, but I believe her hands are tied and things are really beyond her control.
