The only way to deal with this horrible place is to either work here, put up and shut up or quit! I know, so many posts about just quitting and so many posts about why MTs can't, and so on and so on. This industry is no longer a viable job and all the letters, petitions, etc., won't change it. Greed rules and they are getting their share and ours too boot.
Do what you have to, but don't think for a moment anything will make a difference. We are invisible to them; only a bottom line for their bank accounts. The hospitals could care less too and these companies have exploited MTs to the nth degree.
Now do you do it or not?
