That's EXACTLY why I left. Then they screwed me out of my 25% incentive "training pay." Be careful, I was taken "off of training," but not notified by the trainer. That means no more 25%, and more importantly, no more sending reports to QC to be reviewed as a new account, because it will take you off the grid. And you can argue and argue and they will pretend to "review" all e-mails, but nothing happens. And off the grid is not even poverty pay! I left, walked away, never said a word, never typed another word, either.
