Sharing this from Nuance board.

I'm just curious if the recruiters are informing potential employees about FIESA, QA, and what they consider critical errors. Any number wrong is 3 points, which will blow you off the grid and has cost me $300 bucks stolen from my paycheck. Blood pressure off by one digit, you're a fool and you have committed the cardinal sin of a critical error. Patient's age off by 1, 2, 10 digits, doesn't matter, you're pathetic and guilty of a 3 point error. I hope they are also informing you that EVERY SINGLE WORD that comes from the dictator's mouth, YOU, my friend, are expected to verify and make sure the GOD-LIKE dictator did not make a mistake. For example, doc dictates BMI is 32.1. YOU are expected to do the calculations and make sure that is correct. Doc dictates a medication dosage. You better know them all. If you have the audacity to type what he says and he is wrong, guess what? Welcome to the wonderful world of Nuance. BEYOND WORDS, indeed.
