To be incorrect, or in your case, maybe incomplete.

You didn't say whether or not you left blanks or just edited verbatim what was said. If you knew an age or test result isn't right, how do you handle that?

With all due respect, 30 years in this industry doesn't make much, if any, difference to MTSOs. They generally don't pay more and will punish you for doing a good job with their worst accounts.

I'm closing in on 20 years. The biggest lesson I've learned is that technology is used to try to replace our jobs. That's what we get for our loyalty and hard work. Pretty sad.
