I imagine this is true of any company that gets posts here. Of course getting an age or test measurement wrong is a critical error; it should be. The QA is fair; we are supposed to be experienced professionals with a broad knowledge base. I have been mortified on more than one occasion when I had to look up a report or worse, when I saw a report about my mother that was riddled with obvious errors. I was equally upset knowing it came from a Nuance co-worker as we do that account!

I know that we do not make as money as we used to and that a lot of work is sent offshore, but with a flippant attitude about numbers like the original poster, what difference does it make for quality if the work in the USA is bad?
