I always liken this place to being in an abusive relationship. It breaks you down on every level.
Please, if your young, get out of here, fast, before you lose yourself. Us old timers are stuck, but we remember the downfall. From 40K a year to 25K in about 10 years. I've never gotten better at a job and taken a Major pay cut. On the positive side, if your new, you can't possible make much less money than you do now. I'm very close to retirement, won't give them the satisfaction of quitting, want them to fire me..
