There is no differentiation by state. The line count minimums to earn PTO are 26,000 for FT and less for PT. HOWEVER, ORIGINALLY, we were told that we could "add" lines to come to that total...Typed (count x2) and VR lines. The goal is 300 LPH edited and 150 LPH typed. NOW, 4 months later, that has been changed to some Cock-a-Mammy formula where only the LARGER of the 2 categories is used for the calculation...So if you type 200 edited lines and 100 typed lines in 1 hour, that does NOT equal 300 lines/hr .. ???? by their formula (by the other formula, it would be 400 LPH and you are over). Mathematically, if you have any more than a 30/70 split in work (in either direction, typed/VR), you can NEVER reach minimum lines/hr and NO account is 100% of either.
