Ditto. Only reason why they say to add on another person is bc ppl who say they want a job do not show up to work. Add on another person and then ppl decide they want to work and it is overstaffed. Only reason why they have to add ppl is because the majority of ppl are unreliable and have every excuse y they cannot work.
