When accounts are over staffed and MTs don't make minimums, MTs don't qualify for benefits and therefore KS does not have to pay their portion of the benefits. They offer some benefits that are paid for by the MT such as dental, eye, and they don't put anything towards the 401K, that was promised many years ago. While their ads look very tempting, they in fact lie. But then again, who would take a job with an MTSO who states they are having financial difficulties, at times don't pay on time, over hire, and lie.
