I do 3 things on every single report after I finish- 1) I go back to the beginning and double check patient info and DOS. 2) I go back and re-listen to any portion of the report that deals with numbers like vital signs, lab data and med dosages. 3) I re-listen to the names and numbers on the cc list. Those 3 things count off the most on QA and they don't take much time to re-check. I re-listen to blanks, of course, but those don't count off anyway. If I don't pass, it's not b/c of any of those things but b/c of punctuation or omitted word types of mistakes.
