Nuance

3000 Indian employees is a lot of jobs "stolen" from U.S., but the only people to blame are the ones at Nuance who make those decisions and certainly not the people who live overseas. 3000 x $10,000 = 30,000,000 or 30 million dollars. (The $10,000 represents how much money is saved per employee overseas, although it's probably way underestimate.) But even if it's only $10,000 saved per employee by hiring overseas and there's 3,000 employees, that would amount to 30 million. That's about the same amount Paul Ricci gets paid each year, well, actually he only got 28 million. That's criminal. Too bad making such big money (undeserved) is considered "high status." In truth, it's lower than being an illegal thief, IMO. Someone who's an illegal thief most likely needs the money more and probably didn't have many opportunities in life from the beginning and thus can be excused for their behavior more than someone selfish who makes nearly 30 million dollars a year.
