If you were to get credentialed like a CMT, Nuance would probably take advantage of that and give you the harder dictations, the ones that the less qualified aren't able to do as well, yet pay the exact same petty amount. I think the only reason Nuance still employs any U.S. MTs is because they send all the easy dictations to India. They're probably still waiting for voice recognition to catch up with all the speakers who can hardly pronounce words correctly.
