really means nothing. I put the "icons" on my e-mail and that is the only thing that I have done. I figured when I send an e-mail to tech support, at least they know it means I've been around the block, maybe, and I'm not stupid.
Otherwise, I have ignored it - there are absolutely no perks to being "credentialed" with Nuance. It is their invention created to make us think that we are special when, in fact, we are not - we still go through the same auditing as everyone else and get punished if we leave a blank that they are able to fill in - so it's really just BS.
