QA question - debye

I sent a report to QA for a blank and she/he corrected something that had never been changed before.  The heading was for referring physician and listed below was _____ ____, MD, Infectious Disease.  QA changed from capitals to lower case.  I've not had that changed ever before.  Am I correct or are they???
