I did not get dinged, this is what they wrote: "Unless otherwise specified in the client profile, department names are capitalized when they are acting as an entity in a sentence (i.e., as a person). In this case, the actual physician name is the entity." I believe Urology should be capitalized. I believe this auditor is not correct. My last challenge turned out to be correct, but the damage is already done -- just makes you more uncertain about every word you edit.
