I'm sure that is what Nuance tells the TSMs to say if someone asks for a work reference. HOWEVER,she is still a bitoch because she could give me a reference if she wanted. What happened to all those "omg thank you so much for helping with the backlog....for switching accounts constantly...for your always over 99% quality....for always working your shift" emails she used to send telling me how she "appreciated" me....Now I just ask for a simple work ref and this is what I get. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Well, her day will come and probably soon.....
